Our private offices are for teams of

1-10 members. Prices range depending on both size of office and teams. Private office rentals include credits toward conference rooms.

Office/Mailbox

Virtual Mailboxes start at $30+ per month

Our virtual mailboxes are designed for individuals & companies who need a personal or company address. All our plans include 1 free co-working day a month.

Parking

We have three parking options.

Private Parking Spot - $150 per month (SOLD OUT)

Monthly Street Parking Permit - $75 (limited available)

Daily Street Parking Permit - $3 per day

All street permits can park within two blocks of Beach House in Zone 3.

Cars must be moved on street cleaning days/times.
