Our conference rooms are located just steps from the beach in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, surrounded by top restaurants, cafés, and shops. Oasis Suite
The Oasis Suite is a professional conference room built for formal meetings and presentations, seating up to 15 people. It includes a projector with screen, TV monitor, whiteboard, fast WiFi, coffee, and alkaline water. With outdoor lounge access, free coffee, and team-friendly outlets, it’s ideal for leadership meetings and client presentations.
Sunrise Suite
The Sunrise Suite is a spacious, light-filled room ideal for large meetings, workshops, and group sessions. The table seats 10 people, with additional room for more, and a sofa to take breaks on. It includes a TV monitor, whiteboard, fast WiFi, coffee, a comfortable couch, ample outlets, and outdoor fresh air access. It's perfect for longer, collaborative workdays.
Sunset Suite
The Sunset Suite is designed for medium-sized teams and comfortably seats up to 11 people. The room features a TV monitor, whiteboard, fast WiFi, ample outlets, and a large window that fills the space with natural daylight. Coffee and sunny outdoor access are included, making it ideal for collaborative team meetings and working sessions.
Malibu Suite
The Malibu Suite is a quiet, intimate space designed for small meetings, recording podcasts, calls, and brainstorming sessions. Seating up to 4 people, it includes a whiteboard, fast WiFi, coffee, and open air access. This room is ideal for focused conversations, creative thinking, and distraction-free collaboration.
Bob Dylan Room
The Bob Dylan room is a professional soundproof executive space designed as an office. Seating up to 4 desks, it includes a whiteboard, ethernet, fast WiFi, coffee, and open-air access. This room is ideal for daily office requirements, podcast recording, brainstorming, and it can be set up as a boardroom with customizable furniture.
